Guide to Amestris

Amestris is the central country in which FMA takes place. Once a peaceful land devoted solely to alchemy, this country became very warlike when President Furher King Bradly (The Homonculus, Wrath, in the Manga) rose to power. The Capital, Central City, is the seat of power in Amestris. Like the name implies, the city is in the center of the country. Provincial capitals, respectivly named for the location of the city, were built to enforce the Furher's will in the regions far away from central. Risembool, the home of the Elric brothers and Auto-Mail mechanic Winry Rockbell, is close to East City. I'll add more when it comes to me, or feel free to add wherever details are sketchy.
