Homunculus

A Homunculus is one of the creatures in the FMA d20 setting.
Scattered notes:
- Strength and Speed - always
- Red Stone -- can eat RS for immortality-- they spend the spirit in the stone to escape death. Regeneration takes time, however ... treat like regeneration at a rate of 15hp/round. Regeneration is also exclusive-- they can't exert other powers while regenerating.
- Special ability-- each has some superior characteristic ability:
- Lust - Claws. Literally a 'ranged touch' attack.
- Gluttony - Decomposing Bite
- Pride - Speed, Alchemical Eye. See Invisible.
- Wrath - Extending arms, transmutes body to other objects, Ed's arm to perform alchemy
- Envy - Shapeshifting Mimicry. Similar to Alter Self and Disguise Self at will.
- Sloth - in the anime: Liquid form. (adapted from Unearthed Arcana, p68: "The homunculus' body becomes semifluid. While in this form, the Homunculus gains a +10 bonus on Escape Artist checks, resistance to fire 10, and immunity to poison, sleep, paralysis, and stunning. It gains a swim speed of 90 feet and a +8 bonus on Swim checks. Its touch puts out torches, campfires, exposed lanterns, and other open flames if these are Large or smaller. The homunculus cannot combine this with any other power, and cannot regenerate while in Liquid Form.)
- Greed - Metal skin
- No Soul (is No Alchemy related to this?)

Homunculi as Characters
Homunculus is available as a race for characters, and available as a racial class for low-level or transformed characters.
'Red Stone Homunculi', or 'Sins' should not be used as player characters. There is a Red Stone Homunculus Racial Prestige Class for creating RSH NPCs.
